Basically parties are e those groups which have same opinions , same views, same thinking and have a mature planning for the welfare and development of the societies ....thus when the people with same thinking and same working capacity in politics come together to work in mass for a one goal that is Development and welfare of te society with follow in all the rules and regulations according g to the laws and regulations of Indian constitution...then a party is effectively formed...,,

Political parties are formed by groups of people with common interests and outlook, who come together with the aim of either forming government or strengthening their influence on government.
