Well, junk food had become a common tradition in today's youth specially the adolescents. Even being well aware of its adverse effects, they don't care before having it.
Most of the parents had now started opening their eyes & are wishing to replace junk food by some good nutritional food. This can be done by caring the child's interest.
However, changing the diet suddenly can affect the minds of children but sooner than later they will understand the deepness of the uniform inertia.
Having nutritional food can help making a better personality through its components like proteins, carbohydrates, fats , etc. & can result a good impact in our lives.
