In flower anther produce pollen grains which is male gamete and stigma produce ovum in its ovule which is female gamete. fallen pollen sticks on the upper part of stigma and growes Pollen tube towards ovule and thus the fusion of male and female gamete takes place. afterwards it develops into zygote and thus the reproduction of new individual takes place
