How can resource conservation benefit the environment?

Through resource conservation we can store the exhaustible resources which will be utilised by the future generation .this is one benefit

as.....we know that our resources are limited and if didn't use them carefully then wiol exhaust on a day......
##so as they are very essential and are used for various purposes ..like coal.,petroleum so...if we use them sustainably then our future generations also use them...but of we didn't then there comes a time when the upcoming
generations can see the pics of coal only on Google not in real life.....:)
