how can  salt be prepared from from a neutrilization reaction ?????????????????

Soluble Salt can be prepared when insoluble metal oxide and dilute acid is made to react each other.
When acid and alkali are made to react we get salt+water.

When acid is mixed with alkali it will result in Salt and water.
 
      Acid    +     Alkali   ---------------->     Salt       +      Water
