A person cam be said confident if he believes in himself.If a person doesn't have any doubt and doesn't feels shy before doing anything...then he is confident.
For example : If you are having a debate competition and you are neither nervous nor shivering and believes that you can do it, then you are confident..
Having confidence is good but over confidence is dangerous ....
