How can the consumer use his right to information when he is not satisfied with the service he gets????

consumer can use the right to information when the suppler has not provided the necessary details to the consumer.The buyer fan file a case against the seller.For eg-If the seller has not provided kro and and the material or chemicals used for preparation of that particular material

When the consumer is not satisfied with the service, he can use his right to information to acquire more information about the service from the provider. 
The provider is bound by law to tell the consumer.
