Standard form is ax +by +c=0.
So it will be (7/5)x - (3/5)y - 4 =0

meheh: Sorry, but it is not in the options...
Anupkashyap: wat are the options?? which form exactly?????
meheh: The options are =
a)7x-3y=20
meheh: b)7x+3y=-4
meheh: c)7x-3y=4
meheh: d)7x-3y=-20
Anupkashyap: its option (a)
Anupkashyap: multiply the equation by 5 throughout..
meheh: Oh , yes thanks a lot

In standard form generally denominators are eliminated. So this line becomes 7x-3y-20=0
