In a map Top centre is control by the top place which will be main centre in a map.

Then comes Top left which place will be on left side in the map, it will sub elements of flowing towards the top left centre.

Then comes Top right place which will be on the right side in the map, it is also the sub element of flowing towards the top right centre.
