The government of India can eradicate unemployment in all the sectors by the following ways–

• Loans should be provided to small farmers by the government or Bank to have more irrigation facilities. This would help farmers by modernizing their agricultural equipments and getting facilities of Wells and tubewells. This can also help them to grow second crop.

• New dams and canals should be constructed which will create more employment in the agricultural sector.

• The facilities for the transportation and storage can be improved to get productive employment not only for the farmers but also for the people in the services.

• Some industries, cold storage and honey collection centre should be set up in rural areas. This industries will get raw materials from the rural areas easily and could also create employment there.

• Schools can be opened in rural areas so that people could get jobs in education sector and children in rural area can get education.

• Health service Central should be improved or opened. This will create employment as well as people can get a health check up easily.

• The tourism sector or information Technology sector should be increased by the government as it may create a large amount of employment opportunities.

• Short term measures like MNREGA should be implemented by the government.
