It would create ye heights of Leaders.... those leaders who can navigate the whole world to a new dawn from where the sun of humanity would never set.... but how its possible?.... If you know how to tolerate someone.... a day will come when the person disturbing or oppressing you would realise how much wrong he was with you and how courageous you are.... then he would try to become or adopt your attitude.... Like this only a one person can destine the whole Human race.... people like Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi were like this..... who made people to recognise them as their leaders....
