Generally we are told that water boils at 100°C, but the truth is that water boils at 100°C only when pressure is 1 bar. There is a certain pressure and temperature combination by varying which we can boil water in different conditions. The water can also boil at 0°C , but at a certain required pressure. Similarly we can boil water at room temperature ( 25°C ) by varying the pressure of the surrounding to some calculated pressure.
