Here are some of the points to justify that free and fair elections are held in India:

--->Every adult citizen in India has a right to vote.

--->Each vote has one value and there is no special vote for higher caste.

--->If people are disappointed with the current govt they can dismiss it in the next elections

--->Leaders work for people or they will be removed during their term if they disappoint people

--->People are free to speak against/for the govt

--->None of the leaders have the right to speak against the dreams and aspirations of people

if politician wants votes they should come to each and every house and collect their own votes then only they will realise value of votes.

before elections each political parties should get some area and sufficient fund to manage it.after one year people will decide which area is best managed and that candidate should be nominated.

one person one registered mobile linked with aadhar card. on election date voters can sms their vote with their aadhar card number to centralised system of election authority.

people who don't own mobiles they can cast their vote in ballot boxes with aadhar card no.

one person one sms.multiple sms can be rejected by system. people should register their register number with local level election booth.

people should get voting receipt after casting their vote with time mentioned on same with UID details.
