better infrastructure by the govt. can be provided which will provide better transportational facilities which will lead to employement.cold storage tank systems should be made inorder to preserve the food and provide employement to many people.many mills can be built up inorder to increase the places for the consumption of raw materials and this may provide more employement to the people .
