it has 4 processes
1.firstly,the water is left to sediment and the heavy solids get out.
2.then alum us added to the water in order to separate small sized particles which didn't settle down
3.water is dropped over sand and pebbles in order to check so impurities r left or not and after gets filtered
4.chlorine is added to water to kill the bacteria know as chlorinasation.
then water comes at home.
