you cannot score 100 in board examination of ENGLISH as there is a range of compulsory deduction of marks in essay and letter writing , but you sore around 97 by studying every single topic present in syllabus thoroughly .

In Essay , letter you can't get full marks in any board . So I think that you can score 97 or upto 98 but not 100.
