Exam time is time which is full of stress and lots of study.Therefore we need to keep ourselves fit and active throughout.The following points can help us to stay active in our exams.
1)Finish the syllabus one week before exams.there will be less stress during exam.
2) Eats lots of fruits and non oily food during exams.
3) After waking up in the morning,do some strenching exercise and have a little walk before going to study.
4)Drink less of caffaine and dring juices,soups,dryfruits and salad to stay fresh and active.
5)practice maths many times and complete syllabus a week before time.try to mug up all the formulas
6)don't take stress ,try your best to perform and leave rest to God.
7)In the evening,go for walk or you can play for an hour.this will refresh your mind
