How can we change magnetic field into electric field ?

when a magnetic flux linking with the metallic mass changes in usury EMF developed and it produces electric field

A magnet has a field called magnetic field take a solinoid and connect the ends with galvanometer . Put the magnet in and out of the solinoid u can see electricity
