how can we changes the features of a tooth brush according to you what should be the changes in it?

If I have to change the features a toothbrush the first I would do would be to make tooth brushes more flexible, second thing would be a sensor that determines whether your mouth is clean or not.

But first and foremost I would install an alarm that would wake me in morning and would remind me to brush at night.
