No possible combinations dude
Either the question is wrong or Their should an option for none of the above
See their are only four possible combinations i.e in the attachment
All three in series will give obvio 9+9+9=27Ω
All three in parallel will give 1/9+1/9+1/9=3/9=1/R so R=3Ω
Two in parallel with one in series of it
[1/9+1/9]=4.5Ω
4.5+9=13.5Ω
Now two in series with one in parallel of them
9+9=18
1/18+1/9=1+2/18=1/R
R=18/3=6Ω
Hope u get this
Thank you
