how to concentrate our mind while studying ?

when you understand the topic clearly which you are studying then little concentrate is enough . But you should listen carefully when the teacher explaining the lesson . when you understand the basics and about the topic clearly then you can write your answers on your own words .

following are the rules you should follow while studying

✓ don't use mobile

✓ do 5 mins meditation before start studying

✓ take 5 mins break for 30 mins studying .

✓ understand the topic clearly

✓ read key points backside of the lesson
