Answer:

Method Number 1:- Abolish the Forest department immediately. Let the Indian Army and Paramilitary take over management of the forests. There are so many army officials who have studied botany, zoology or environmental sciences. Only people with life sciences as academic background will be taken into the wildlife services.

Method Number 2:- Start THE INDIAN WILDLIFE SERVICES immediately and put the present Indian Forest service into the dustbin (because that is the appropriate habitat for these so-called IFS officers). Indian wildlife services will recruit people who have studied any life sciences in their Graduation. Till the time the Wildlife Services is fully functional, let the army and paramilitary protect the forests.

Method Number 3:- Stop all existing “so called research projects” which are being conducted in Major Protected areas (say Kaziranga, Kanha, Periyar, etc.) and take up research projects in smaller and lesser known PA’s. Presently thousands of crores of tax payers money are being spent on Charismatic species and charismatic Tiger Reserves. Stop this undue attention and spend more money on species like Phayre’s Leaf macaque, Fishing cat, Marbled cat, Mishmi Takin, chousingha etc.

Method Number 4:- Stop Wildlife related tourism. Stop undue distribution of sensitive information on tigers, lions, elephants over social media websites. Poachers get to know which animal has been spotted and in which area and on which dates. This helps the poachers to poach animals easily. There should be only one government site which should be allowed to host and distribute such information. Citizens who wish to access such information must have security clearance.

Leave nature on its own, do not interfere too much with your research. Life will find a way
