how can we control fire caused by kerosene petrol and electric short circuit ​

In this case we will use Sand instead of water .

Answer:

We should use fire extinguishers which is full of carbon dioxide .Water isn't used because it contains oxygen. Water is also not used for short circuit because it can aggravate the situation.
