Answer:

the point which is clear to see rectifies the numbers . the beeds below the point are counted upto 1 to 4 and the upper beed is counted as 5 .When the upper beed the touches the bar the number is counted as 5 and when the lower beeds are counted from 6 when the to 9 numbers .and and the second row of beeds before the point starts count from 10 when the 1st row is 1 and second row is none counted as 10 .
