how can we create awareness regarding people who scribble their names and messages on the walls of the monuments.

We can create awareness about the cleanliness about these monument and other important buildings by introducing new events and spreading through media . We can also paste some posters on the social board of the city.or else we can also held some meetings about this issue. We can also introduce some fines about this issues.

Stringent measures can be taken by each area's chancellor or corporation officials so that such people who do so not only on monuments and public property ,but  also on private property like an Apartment complex's walls are punished for doing so . Plus , sticking of movie posters and obituary condolence messages on buses and public complexes will surely undermine a city's name and will bring it's citizens shame. Separate walls for graffiti and for movie posters can be constructed just like the bridge in London which is for locks .
