Answer:
- Right-click the text you wish to use as the foundation for a new style. Click Styles, then Create a Style, in the resulting small toolbar. Give your style a name in the Create New Style from Formatting dialogue box and press OK. The Styles gallery will now display your new style.
- You may rapidly apply a set of formatting options consistently across your text by using styles. You can alter an existing style and adapt it to your needs if you need formatting options that are not offered by Word's pre-built styles and themes.
- The formatting (including font size, colour, and text indentation) in styles used for titles, headings, paragraphs, lists, and other elements can be changed. To add a new style to the Styles gallery, you can also choose a section of formatted text from your project.
