The greatest power of Truth is that it provides long lasting happiness, contentment, peace of mind and helps one to remain so amidst all the day to day problems. A person must be truthful not because others will appreciate it but because he/she loves it and want to lead a life by being truthful and face all the consequences that may arise out of this practice.

A truthful person becomes fearless, derives happiness in the progress of near and dear, known and unknown people without an iota of envy or greed.

The greatest advantage of being truthful is that one need not remember what and what not we told earlier. The power is such that benefits can be reaped only when practiced in the long run.
