We can describe the position of an object by observing whether it is in rest or motion.

we can never correctly describe the position of an object according to Einstein principle of relativity every object moving with respect to another another frame of reference
for example if we see a person sitting in a room he is stationary to us but for the person revolving in space he is moving around the axis of Earth and for another person in the universe the person in space is moving around the sun so there is nothing like exact position we can only say about relative positions
