HOW CAN WE DETECT NORTH AND SOUTH POLES ON A CIRCULAR MAGNET

You can conduct an activity to detect it -
Things needed - circular magnet,Thread and a stand
(you should know the north and south pole of the magnet)
Freely suspend the magnet...and see the magnet tilt towards the north side....it will show the north pole and the opposite side will be south pole!
