How can we distinguish between a colloidal and a true solution.explain with diagram

A true solution is homogeneous in nature whereas a colloidal solution is heterogeneous.

The particle size of solvent of true solution is less than 1 nm whereas in a colloidal solution it ranges between 1 nm to 1000 nm.
