Heat and cold. An ice pack or warm towel may alleviate pain and swelling in the affected area. Applying ice within 48 hours of an injury mayreduce inflammation. Ice can be applied for 10 to 15 minutes, once or twice a day.

we can reduce the pain by
1. Icing the elbow to reduce pain and swelling.
2. Using a strap to protect the injured tendon from further pain.
