How can we eliminate the begging system from our country?Give your suggestions.

we can ask the government to give small houses for the poor and housless..we can tell them to give money day by day until they find a job..but there will be a limit....ummm thats all i got...ohh wait i got one we can take very low taxes...

Coming to our India. Begging is not only for financial crises. We even hav to beg for out culture nd disciplinary deeds too. To eliminate such kind of financial begging. We people hav to pay tax. Nd limit our unwanted expenses. Try to help people who r lacking basic needs such as food, shelter etc.... Nd our govt too hav to take some immediate actions over corruption.
