some five year plans like garibi hatao were very important where now adays the five year plans were removed by our honourable P.M.
actually it should not be removed .i think that is the best way to eliminate begging from our country
every rich person should contribute atleast 10%from his annual income to the poor people 
we should give the beggars a work to be done so that begging too decreases from our country and also unemployment decreases too
likewise there are so many ways

just by giving people a bit education and making them self employed
by making them understand that by begging they 'll get no self respect but by working they will live their life with self respect.
