How can we ensure that marginalised and weaker sections of society get equal benefits from the govrnment programmes ? Suggest any five measures?

Some laws to Help Marginalised are as follows :
Laws against social discrimination = In keeping with Article 17 of the Constitution ,a law called the untouchability offence act 1955 was passed .This made the practice of untouchability illegal and punishable. Since,
1976 this is known as the protection of civil rights act.
2.Laws on forest right :The government has passed the schedule Tribes and other traditional Forest dewellers Act 2006,to stop the unjust treatment that forest dewellers have been getting. Some of the Right recognized by this act are

*;-) The right to fish and other products of water bodies in the forest and the right to graze animals in the forest.

:-)The right to access to biodiversity and traditional knowledge relating to biodiversity.

3.Law on Manual Scavenging :To stop people from doing or making other do unhygienic and undignified work of manual scavenging, The government of India passed a law called the employment of Manual Scavenger and Construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act, 1993.
