You just gotta question with verb
Eg-Mohan is dancing
Ask the question With "WHO"
Who is dancing ? ans Mohan
I think it is cleared now
Now subject word
It is the main word about which the talk is going on.
Eg-Mohan of London is coming to India
Here Mohan is the subject word and the other group of words that are -of London are attributes
Now it is cleared that attribute is a word or a group of words that tells us something about the subject.
