Its very difficult, suppose we (i hope that never happens) have to investigate on a car crash first look for the position of the tire the car whose tire is towards the edge of the road is most probably the guilty one. A common misconception is that whenever we witness a car crash it is the mistake of the person with the big vehicle just think about it if a biker crashes into a truck, the biker will be hurt but nothing will happen to the truck driver so the people think that it is the mistake of the truck driver but it actually is not. That is why we say somethings that we think aren't always true.
