Ans = Lets take an example of 5 and 8,
(Steps are given below)
- Find out the factors of 5 = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25,30, 35, 40, 45, 50
- Find out the factors of 8 = 8, 16, 24, 32,40, 48, 56, 64, 72, 80
- You can see that 40 is common in it,
- So,
- The LCM of 5 and 8 is 40.
- This is the easiest method to find LCM.
