We people have developed a system of grids all over the Earth. Grids are just imaginary lines that help us divide earth into different parts for the sake of navigation as well as other purposes. The grids have been given some value. The grids on the earth run parallel to beach other, they run horizontally along the equator and they also run vertically through the poles. Their values together help us find location of certain places.
Ex. 28.7041° N, 77.1025° E these are the coordinates for the city of Delhi.
