TRAI does not encourage Individual Customer
complaints. Customers can log into the
Service Provider site or Call toll-free number and can register their
complaints. If a customer does not get
his grievance addressed, he/she can approach a Nodal Officer, the details of
which can be obtained from the site of Service Provider/TRAI. Even here, if the customer does not get
justice he/she can approach an Appellate Authority. The application can be
obtained from TRAI Site or from the office of Nodal officer.
