First, tie a cloth just above the bite so that the venom doesn't reach other parts of body.
Try to remove the venom front the venom affected area.

First wash the biting point. Tie it with rope or dupatta without wasting the time take the victim to a government hospital ..this is so because venom treatment is available only in these hospitals. Donot let the victim sleep.
