Ans  what farmers are you wanting to help the small vegetable farmer that sells at the farmers market to help them buy local

the big farmer who grows row crops in Kansas or other states more complicated lower interest loans or interest free loans would help them so when they have a bad year due to drought they dont have to be as concerned about losing there farms
