How can we help visuall disabled person trying to cross the road

दो-तरफा सड़क पर, चालक को सड़क के बाईं ओर ड्राइव करना चाहिए ताकि दूसरी दिशा से आने वाले यातायात आसानी से गुजर सके। एक तरफा सड़कों के लिए, ड्राइवर को किसी भी वाहन को अपने वाहन को दाईं ओर से आगे बढ़ने की अनुमति देनी चाहिए।

On highway or any road vertaking is permitted only on the right: The Indian Traffic rules necessitate a driver to drive on the left lane and thus overtaking is allowed only on the right. However, it is not always applicable as good for public and rules .
