how To prepare iodine solution: put 2-3 drops of iodine in a test tube half filled with water and mix.

Starch test: take a food item and pour 2 to 3 drops of iodine solution and wait. If u see the brown color of iodine change into a blue black color this shows the presence of starch in the food item. If the color doesn’t change to a blue black color it indicates that the food item doesn’t consist of starch

Sorry I don’t know protein test

Fats: take the food item and put it in a foil paper and crush it. Make sure the paper doesn’t tear. After doing that make it into a paste and if you see an oily patch on the paper this indicates the presence of fats. If you had used an opaque paper then after the oily patch appears, hold it against the sunlight and you will see that the opaque paper has turned translucent.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU!!!!
