1) Literacy Rate

2) GDP per person

Like as you have seen the case of KERELA there Literacy Rate is almost above 93 %. So, people of there are more educated except some morons

(Elephant Accident). That's why KERELA is the best state in INDIA.

And talking about GDP per person is really very bad our country.

As you see INDIAN GDP is the third largest GDP in the world. But in terms of GDP per person INDIA is in 121th rank. ( GDP per person means how much money every citizen have).

If we cope both of these conditions then for sure we may have better future.
