We have to increase the nutrient capacity of the soil by BURNING METHOD in which after crops are removed the land is being heated then the other crops are sown into it, or by KEEPING THE CROPS PESTS FREE, soil erosion also, By not sowing the same crops on regular basis  as it absorbs all the nutrients from the soil ,  By using different types of agro based medicines which does not harm the environment and also increases the productivity of siol and crops both.
