ISL teams conduct trails for selecting players but they are mostly for their youth groups such as U-15 or U-16. So you should be following the ISL teams for any updates. But if you want to go into senior team then you should be probably playing in I league or for any of the recognized clubs. ISL teams mostly select players from those playing in I league and second division and sometimes players who played in tournaments like Santosh trophy and Durand Cup.

Also, some ISL teams conduct regular trials for their city people. For example, FC Goa conducts trials in Goa itself to scout Goan players. These players are kept as reserve players and get chance if they impress.
