There could be few points in this:
1. You should not use renewable resources recklessly.

2. Avoid pollution of Vehicles, Automobiles and other machines which releases Carbon monoxide and can casue death.

3. It is useful to use CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) which prevents air pollution and will directly or indirectly maintain a proper balance in population.

4. Grow trees and plants as much as possible.

5. Avoid throwing garbage on the road instead put it inside a dustbin or a specified area of dumping areas.

Hope you would get help.

Balancing of resources is very important.if there is over population, then there will be over utilisation of resources .if population is maintained, then there will be limited use of resources.

Changing populations can be viewed in relation to how many resources are available to support that population.  overpopulation is a condition where there are too many people living in a nation or area relative to the natural resources food, water
fuel building materials exist in that place the UK could be considered overpopulated in terms of food supply as we only produce 60percent of the food we consume under population is where there are too few people living in an area to efficiently exploit and use the natural resources within that area e.g. Northern Canada has huge mineral wealth but too few people to exploit those minerals because of climatic constraints
