fresh water comes through the polar caps on the both ends of the earth( poles). by the action of global warming , the polar ice caps have been melting at a very tremendous speed .
to make the availability of fresh water , we need to control the global warming as if it is controlled, the ice on the poles will not melt on the rate of speed it is now.

and also not to waste any fresh water we get.
