1.Measuring of the heart rate can be done by placing your two fingers gently against your wrist. If it's difficult to feel the beats in your wrists,find the artery in your neck that is just located on the either side of the windpipe.
2.Count the beats for 15 seconds. Multiply the number of beats by 4.
