we take the help of longitudes -the greenwich line or the prime meridianis the main longitude which will be ahead of time and when we skip every 15* that place will be 1 hour ahead so when it is12:00 noon in london it will be 7:30 pm in India =india is located at east of greenwich at 82*30 eastis 5 hrs 30minsv ahead of gmt
